Husk fired boilers are closed vessels in which water or other fluids are heated. The heated or vaporized fluid is then used in various applications ranging from water heating systems, central heating systems to power generation and cooking. The noteworthy fact here is that the fluid is heated in the boiler only until the requisite level which may or may not reach boiling point.

The distinguishing feature of husk fired boilers is the fact these use husk( majorly rice husk) as their source of fuel rather than other traditional sources such as wood, coal etc. Husk rice boilers are comparatively much cheaper than traditional boilers and also much more environment friendly. Due to rice husk being cheap and readily available in large quantities, these boilers are being increasingly favored by people over other fuel based boilers.

Heat Exchanger a Enables the heat from the burner to heat the fluid in the boiler

Supply Lines a These deliver the heated water or the steam to the distribution points

Return Lines a When the fluid cools, these deliver the fluids back to the boiler for re heating

Firebox a It's where the husk meets air, thus creating a flame

Refractory Materials a These are materials used to fill the openings in the fire box, thus ensuring that the fire stays inside the fire box

Circulatory Pumps a These push the hot fluid or steam to the inherent distribution systems in various applications
