We, Grape Engineering Works would like to introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturing company of commercial kitchen equipment including hot air ventilation, LPG gas pipe line installation and refrigeration equipment in eastern India.

Our factory is located in Baruipur (West Bengal). Fully managed with infrastructure, modern machines to provide quality products within time bound to our customers.

Our quality control department is very prompt in total customer satisfaction by putting their efforts in goods delivery, installation & after sales service in a programmed manner.

Brief description of the Company

Since last two decades we are engaged in this business, earlier on we have started as a “sales & service unit” of commercial kitchen equipment, hot air ventilation & refrigeration only but very rapidly we developed ourselves in establishing a manufacturing unit just because of our marketing demand continuously growing since starting.

Manufacturing Unit

The Manufacturing unit is the main strength of the company. We are well equipped to provide services in hotels, restaurants, Dhaba, industrial canteen, Institutes & hospital kitchen. The Company consists of qualified & well trained engineers to put team effort in improvement of production as well as to provide best services always to the customers. We always invest in new machines & ideas to enhance our quality & production techniques.

Engineering Cell

Engineering part is the main part in our field; hence we have well trained & experienced engineers in our company who are capable to provide their team effort to improvise the entire system. The Cell consists of following divisions.

We have a good team of AUTOCAD Operators who are not only involved in designing the equipment but also capable to advice our client for better designs & features of the products.

Customer Care

We have good strength of man power to handle our customer’s technical problems. They are well trained & capable to solve the issues efficiently.

Sales & Marketing Unit

We are in this field since last 8 years & proved ourselves to fulfill the requirements of our valuable customers even after sales; we are capable to satisfy our customers with prompt & effective service. We have a strong marketing unit throughout entire west Bengal, North-east region, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Nepal & Bhutan. There are 3 expert sales executive in our sales team who are well trained about the products.
