Bump Monitoring And Control System

Our Bump Monitoring and Control System is a Pentium PC desktop based intelligent instrumentation for on-line control & monitoring of bump vibration severity on an object mounted on Tarang make BUMP Test Machine, which is easy to operate and to set useful input parameters i.e. Number of Bump, Bump per minute, "g", data dump option. All relevant parameters viz. pulse height (acceleration), pulse duration, corresponding velocity change, Bump counts are displayed on screen in numerical format for all the four channels simultaneously. On-line zoom facility is provided to expand/compress the captured bump waveform. The facility is provided to store date & time stamped acceleration and waveform duration data in an ASCII file to view / process later on. A centronics compatible printer interface is provided to connect an external printer for hard copy of test results. The Bump Monitoring and Control System requires 230 V A 10%, 50 Hz AC supply for operation.
