Hot Runner Temperature Control System

We provide Hot Runner Temperature Control System to our valuable customers. Libratherm offers two zone and four zone control panel for Hot Runner temperature control in plastic injection moulding system. The control panel comprises microcontroller based PID temperature controller, Auto/Manual selector switches, manual potentiometers and current meters on the front. Back side of the panel has provision for easy connection of sensors, heaters and power cable. Maximum Heaters of 4KW @ 230VAC can be connected per zone and the heater power is controlled through suitably rated Solid state relays, using PID controllers in the Auto mode and using potentiometer in the Manual mode. The Auto/Manual selection is through the toggle switch on the front panel.
