ZT-ZKHJ180 Vacuum brazing machine is the special brazing machine for ND,Synthetic Mono crystal diamond, CVD diamond, PCD/PCBN ceramics etc. it's the light radiant heating method which is different with traditional vacuum heating equipment or induction welding. That could increase the heating efficiency a lot, will improve the brazing quality, strengthen the brazing and keep braze stability. The whole process takes about 90-120 minutes.

Tips : Adjust the temperature according to your PCD & PCBN and other material, usually at 800a .

Brazing Process
1st : Wash Washing, Put the work piece into the Ultrasonic cleaning machine for 15-20 minutes.
2nd : Fixing.
3rd : Drying, Adjust the drying oven at 210 degree for 10-15 minutes.
4th : Brazing, Put the work piece into the chamber, according to preset program welding.
