The company started its journey to success in the year 1960 at Bombay by manufacturing equipments. After that, it diversified its manufacturing divisions in the domain of creel stands used by Mafatlal & Reliance, the leading textile industries. Till1975, the company entered into the designing of Chemical Plants, & Heat Exchangers for L&T, Banka Engineering, Bechtel, Grower & Weil, Stress crete ltd, Maclean Merger etc. In the year 1991, it initiated undertaking turnkey projects directly and supplying chemical plants, heat exchanger, and equipment to different clients.
