Raw Materials

For composing perfection it is very
essential to use quality raw materials in the production process. The
management of our Hyderabad based
enterprise understands this clearly, they make sure that our
production team gets the country's best materials to shape modern
industrial machines, Leaf Plate Machine, Leaf Plate Making Machines, disposable plates and other products. To make
our Leaf Plates, we
use finest quality agricultural produce such as leaves and cotton
that is collected from rural areas. To make the same, we also procure
defect free polyester threads, LDPE coated paper & corrugated
board along with LDPE thin sheets. We also incorporate fresh
Permeable, Butea Monosperma, Areca Catechu, Shorea Robusta and
Bauhinia Vahill - Maloo Creeper
leaves in the process as raw materials. Further, to manufacture our
machines, we utilize top quality metals and other robust components
that enhances the operational efficiency of our machines.

Methods We Have Adopted For Making
Our Products

Over the past 31 years, we have
incorporated the most efficient and advanced methods to produce our
collection. To bring forth a defect free range of machines and dies,
we use the best cutting, shaping and polishing techniques during the
making of the same, further, while making our Leaf plates, we stitch
the leaves using country's best automatic stitching machines in order
to shape them in a desired size that range between 6 to 18 diameter.
After that, LDPE coated paper is mounted below the stitched leaf and
then pressed at a temperature of 120°C
for about 6 seconds. The stitched perfections are then treated
carefully to absorb its moisture, this makes them more flexible. Then
the plates are cleaned properly to get rid of dust and dirt from
their surface.
