MSME is determined by Investments in Plant and Machinery. If a company have many plants in various location and districts each plant is determined by its investment in plant and machinery not in a whole of all plants and machinery. One particular company having plants in various locations and each one is registered as Micro, Small, Medium and Large Scale Industry. Why it is not practiced taking into account of all investments of plant and machinery in all locations in all districts.
