hi we are having in hand orders for tyres chips from buyers in india but who can not confirm if the item is free to import or is any duty liable on the item.if so at what rate
the tyre chips are bits of car tyres proccesed once containing steel + nylon, through a machine to cut them in to small pieces so they are easy to transport and can be put through machines to make the raw material as per the factory requires in fine powder or granuals for industry as the customers order.
