MY DEAR SIR
YOU HAVE TO INFORM THE SUPPLIER THAT IF HE DOES NOT PAY YOU THEN YOU WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GO TO THEIR COMMERCIAL ATTACHE AT THEIR EMBASSY IN YOUR COUNTRY ..AND GIVE THEM THE WHOLE FILE VIA A LAWYER WHO WILL FOLLOW THE CASE
IF HE STILL GIVING YOU HIS BACK THEN YES YOU NEED TO GO AND MEET WITHIN THEIR COMMERCIAL ATTACHE WHO WILL WRITE TO THE SUPPLIER AND PUSH HIM TO DO SO
IF AGAIN HE IS STILL GIVING YOU HIS BACK THEN YOU HAVE TO EXECUTE AND GIVE THE FILE TO A LAWYER WHO WILL FOLLOW THE CASE AND THIS SUPPLIER CAN BE BLACK LISTED NOT ONLY IN YOUR COUNTRY ,BUT ALL OVER SEAS
GOOD LUCK AND BEST REGARDS
