I'm Shankar and new for this field. So how to know about scam and fraud
mails. Please can anybody enlighten me on these frauds?

Scam emails will not be related to your business maximum contents with payments related words,scammer will never write in inquiring about products in details.

Emails which offer freebies saying that you have won five million pounds or benz car etc., in a lucky draw of your email id., or asking your credentials in the first instance are supposed to be avoided. Read the email before opening and in case you find it to be with scam mark the the same as unsafe so that it will be returned to the sender himself
