Once a company gets a good buyer by luck :-), then conversion of that lead is of utmost importance. Many a times that buyer may find a better supplier or he may loose his patience waiting for you to contact, in that case earliest move is necessary. Don't sit back and relax as if u have clinched the deal. You need to call the buyer, take appointment and meet the respective person physically, show him the samples and negotiate.
Well this is the common procedure followed by generally all the business houses.
