I am getting everyday almost half a dozen of queries from such buyers who, as per my observation are not in the net for business, but for their vested interests. After some correspondence, they ask for free samples and when I deny to that, they simply back out. Please advise me how to identify those scammers?

It is the irony of business, you can ask for sample fee from the buyer, if the buyer is genuine he will be ready to bear the cost.
All the Best.

Dear Mr. Alok Dutta
Read your question. We have been in touch for export of Kish-Mish. to Bangla desh. You asked for samples and without westing time we
sent samples as required by you with a hope to do genuin business.
And kept you calling ,but unfortunately nothing has worked out.I don't blame you ,but Ihave experianced this so many times.People show interest ,get all the information they want and ferget everything without considering efforts of the trader ,how much time and money he has spend. So I do have same question ,How to know
a genuin Buyer?
