You can do factory stuffing with prior permission from Excise authorities in the region of your factory. You will require ramp arrangement done and forklift for lifting/loading the cargo into the container, for stuffing the cargo palletized into the container.
For every despatches you will have to approach Supt Excise of your region of the factory for shipment for inspection and endorsement on the back of your Invoice and packing list which is again inspected by the customs at the port of export. If the material is under advance licence, then you will have to declare the exempt materials list on the back of the invoice/packing list while despatch.
