TOPIC : How to know the cost of exporting goods?

I would like to export canned packed sweets to USA (Chicago) from India, West Bengal through shipment. How do i come to know what will be the total cost per tonne including all taxes??
I also want to export the same product to Benin (cotonou sea port benin)- can anybody tel me what will be the cost and where should I enquire??
