Dear Sir,
It is very difficult for cargo handling agents and CHAs to get ocean freight from all premium vessels/ bulk carrier vessels in time. It takes more than 24 hours to get the feedback. Please suggest some alternative procedure.

dear Mrs. Hena Zareen,
since so many destinations are there and many carriers will be starting new services, stopping services, rates will be changing from month to month or so .....
so it is impossible to have any CHA/forwarding agent to have the rates in fingers to quote immediately.and the time is taken to find the best among all the providers to quote the best and have some margin.
for regular trade routes like usa/europe base ports most of the people will have ready rates from premium carriers.
alternative route is to get the rates directly from the carier's web sites but these rates wil be always higher since relations play a role in getting good rates from carriers.and this is done by cha/forwading agents.
