Infrastructure



Rotogravure Printing



  • Different prints available like matte varnish, metallic effect, high gloss varnish, etc.

  • Printing material that can be used include PVC, PP, PE, Al Foil, OPP, PET, Nylon and LDPE

  • Great printing quality and COS1 efficiency with 8 colors

  • Available with reverse printing facilities

  • Fully automatic machinery





Advance UV Flexography Printing



  • Renders excellent image sharpness with 9 colors printing

  • Ensures quality printing similar to that of Rotogravure at less set up cost

  • Suitable for fine line printing as it ensures high resistivity against rub, chemicals and provides excellent color consistency.

  • Shows great compatibility with all print substrates including aluminum, carton, film and paper.





Lamination



We are supported by state-of-the-art machines for laminating multiple layers of packaging material like PA AI, Cast Film, PE, PET, etc. Apart from this, we also have automatic solvent control systems. With our machines, we are able to fulfill the packaging demands of confectionery, vacuum packed goods, frozen foods, etc.



Slitting

Slitter is is approved for rewinding capacity of around 800 mm. It stands tall on webtension control and slitting accuracy. Equipment used in production are of high quality and assure optimum results.



Sleeving / Seaming



  • High speed machines are used by us for different materials like PIA, PETG, OPS, PVC, etc.

  • Various machines for inspection and doctoring are installed for minimizing the chances of bugs while creating uniformity of all the shrink sleeves.

  • Auto lay flat width control system.

  • Can be used to provide rolls and cut forms

  • Static elimination facility

  • Available with cross and linear perforation options





Quality Control



Our company has an in-house quality control department that is set up to fulfill the quality demands of our people. Equipped with ultra-modern equipment like spectrometer, friction opacity tester, measurement equipment for seal ability, etc., our unit helps us in maintaining the quality standards of our BOPP Pouch, White BOPP Label, PVC Pouch, etc. Apart from manual testing, we also use online methods to double check the quality.
