Our Strengths

Our team of 40 designers for jewelry, bags and scarves are constantly in touch with fashion forecasts for coming seasons. They stay in tandem with inputs from buyers, visualize innovative and elegant designs and styles to create samples, which are circulated well in time for the next season

A team of over 80 persons, mostly handpicked ladies who are good seamstresses, work under the guidance of Mrs. Prema Tenksal, production manager.

The company has over ten tumbling drums and a floating crew of stone breakers to break the rough stones into smaller, required sizes for tumbling.The best skilled cutters work under contracts to produce agate products.For scarves, stoles and sarongs/pareos, the buyers provide their designs and styles based on which the fabrics used are printed, dyed, embroidered or beaded. We mostly use cotton fabrics, georgette rayon, velvets, silk, etc.

Quality Assurance

Quality is the buzzword of all activities at Rosh Hashem. As an ISO certified unit, top priority is given to the quality of the products. Certain quality guidelines are followed strictly to maintain the high standards of quality ensuring defect free products.We use superior quality raw materials procured from reliable vendors. A team of QC analysts checks the complete process, also conducting several quality tests on various parameters like finish, cuts, sizes, shapes, fabrics used, etc.
