Most of the lassi, made in the homes, are not made using any machine, but use a simple churner that is hand operated. The trick is to ensure that while the churning happens, the speed must not be very high. If the speed of the churning is high, then the water and cream from the yogurt will separate and the entire mixture will be watery. Thus, the speed of these machines is kept between 200 to 500 RPM.  A lassi machine for home usage will cost you around 3500 rupees, of a good brand.
