Q. What is the difference between pulao and biryani?
Answer
The difference is obviously the type of masala used in both pulao and biryani. Also the preparation is different in both cuisines. In Biryani the meat of chicken or mutton is mixed along with the gravy with the boiled biryani rice while pulao is standalone boiled rice with added flavours of whole spices.
