Q. What is the difference between prefab & modular houses?
Answer
Prefabrefers to off-site construction of house’s elements like roof wall panels floor etc. that are assembled on-site whereas modular construction is where an entire unit of house is constructed off-site including plumbing electrical & other works already installed in it & then directly installed on-site.
