Q. What is the application of a lab oven in Engineering?

For various tests on aggregates and bitumen a lab oven can be used for electric devices and circuits (to check their hearing capacity) in dehydrating metals and other parts to lower melting points in metallurgy. A lab oven is used to provide desired change in temperature only. A lab oven is not meant to change BOD (Biological oxygen demand) level or balance Carbon Dioxide. In comparison an incubator is used to maintain the desired atmosphere which controls BOD CO2 and temperature.
