Q. What is Fill and Seal (HFFS) and why it is called so?
Answer
The sealing film is pulled over the forming block by means of pairs of rollers that pull and seal the film. Individual packs are formed by crimping sealing and cutting the ends of tubes. Vertical machines draw the tube horizontally and products are pushed horizontally along a conveyor.
