Majority of people who use pantoprazole do not show any side effects. If at all you do get a side effect it can be very mild. The side effects can occur in 1 in 100 people. If you feel some kind of side effects you can talk to your doctor if the side effects such as headache and diarrhoea persist. Pantoprazole tablets have not shown any serious side effects so far.
