Q. Is white phenyl safe?
Answer
Experts warned that ingestion of white phenyl might have devastating effects, including permanent gastrointestinal damage and possibly death. Interestingly, phenyl was found in animal tissue as well. White phenyl can cause respiratory irritation, including coughing, wheezing, and/or shortness of breath, in humans. White Phenyl's toxic effects include fatigue, dizziness, and confusion when it's inhaled or ingested in large amounts. Animals had muscle spasms, difficulties walking, and even death after drinking water with high quantities of phenols. Muscle twitching and irritation of the respiratory tract have resulted with brief exposure. The offspring of pregnant animals exposed to phenols have been shown to have developmental problems.
