Diclofenac sodium injection is considered a stronger NSAID than ibuprofen. For the treatment of arthritis it is usually given 25 to 50 mg up to a daily dose of 150 mg while Ibuprofen is prescribed at higher doses of 800 mg up to a daily dose of 3200 mg. As it is very strong and potent medicine so always use it after consultation with your doctor.
