Q. How to test solenoid coils?
Answer
To check solenoid coils you can use a digitally-advance multimeter which measures current (amps) voltage (volts) and resistance (ohms). Set your multimeter on ‘ohms’ and place the probes across the pins of solenoid coils by reading instructions. If it shows O ohms that means the coil is shorted.
