Pantoprazole injection comes as a powder. It has to be mixed with liquid and once the fluid is ready it is injected intravenously by a doctor or nurse at a health centre. If patient suffers from GERD pantoprazole injection is usually given once a day for 7 to 10 days while in health condition called Zollinger-Ellison syndrome this injection is given two times a day.
