The function of an oxygen filling plant is used to generate high-purity oxygen gas via Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology and fill various oxygen tanks at the flow rate of up to 1500 Nm3/h. It is a complete setup to produce medical- and industrial-grade oxygen gas and fill oxygen tanks with 88-93% pure O2 gas.
