Q. How does non-linear junction detector works?

NLJD consists of a transmitter & sensitive receiver to radiates & receive a digital spread spectrum signals respectively. When RF energy encounters a semiconductor harmonic signals return to the receiver. When a true electronic (p-n junction) is detected the 2nd harmonic will be greater than the 3rd.
