Q. How does an inducer motor fail?
Answer
The inducer motor
failures are caused by the ageing of furnace. The internal bearings of the
motor wear out and no repair is possible because the unit is a sealed one. The
original motor can’t be repaired and thus it has to be replaced with a new one.
