Q. Can anyone prevent Iron deficiency in children?
Answer
A mother's breast milk has the required amount of iron for an infant so an infant should get breastmilk as much as possible. Do not give a cow's milk to a child. As it only has calcium and no iron and calcium takes most of the child's nutrients. That leads to a lack of iron in a child.
