Specifications:-

The Ceramic Filter and Filter Cartridge. Place them in a bucket of clean water and soak for at least 30 minutes. Rinse Thoroughly.
Never Use Hot Water.
Always Discard the first container of water after initial purification
Never use anything abrasive on the plastic parts, a sponge is best.
The Ceramic Filter can be cleaned using soft sand papers. Care must be taken, the paper should be wet and gentle circular movements over the surface of the filter will quickly clean and restore its efficiency.
The Ceramic filter can be cleaned up to 300 times before replacing.
The filter cartridge will serve for 3000 liters, depending up to the quality of the water input. We recommend replacement of this element every 6 a 8 months or 3000 liters whichever is earlier.
Never overfill the upper tank. If the lower tank is half full you can fill the upper tank completely.
If the unit appears to leak please check tap for tightness ensure that the been overfilled.
