We are instrumental in manufacturing, exporting and supplying a broad variety of Vibrating Feeder in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. These are manufactured with a very robust design to take all the initial heavy loads during the raw material dumping process and also feed continuous material to the crusher. The Vibrating Feeders are provided with 'SAILMA' liner plates of 8mm thickness on the sides and 10mm thick in the bottom. The springs are designed to take heavy impact load and are made of EN-47 spring steel material.
The Vibrating Grizzly feeders are manufactured with a unique designed grizzly bars to separate the Muck (Scalp) that comes from the quarry. The grizzly bars can be easily changed and replaced with nuts & bolts.
The feeders are designed as per feed rate required, lump size & production required ranging from 25 to 350 TPH.
