LEAKLESS make LVP Series Vertical pumps are suitable for all services and specifically applied for Effluents, inflammable, molten Sulphur, hazardous and toxic liquids, Floor Drains, underground pits and tanks, Loading/Unloading, Processing of highly corrosive & non-corrosive Slurries & Clear liquids etc. These Pumps are developed aiming at heavy duty application with simple mounting and operational work. One piece shaft with heavy duty column pipe and taper roller bearings strongly supporting the pump and minimising the vibration and noise. Unique and simple design with axial adjustment for maintenance-free operation, grease lubricated Bearing, closed and semi-open Impellers, bottom & center heavy duty guide bushes in all materials for different applications, are some of the significant features of these pumps. In special cases Suction strainers, Mechanical Seals and Gland packing for vapours, Jacketing for column & delivery pipe are also offered. For Itching machine and Filter press, where leakage problems are major due to back pressure, LVP series pump gives a tremendous advantage and leakfree solution.
