As a professional dietician from Apollo group of hospitals, MedVarsity, I, Ruchi Goyal have established my own Clinic with the passion of transforming people's lives and making them fall in love with healthy food. I have interest in nutritional science, since my childhood. When I was a kid, my father's interest in science field and his great knowledge of the stream has always charmed me. For transforming my dreams into reality and to contribute to a healthy nation, I opted medicine and nutritional science at my high school and followed the same in my higher education. I am from a family, which is having a history of obesity and also good awareness about right food and its importance. My mother, with her knowledge of healthy f
