Specifications

PRODUCTS - Engine Valve is a high precision, quality component for the engine. It is exposed to high mechanical and thermal stress cycles. The valves are made of alloy steel by offset forging for precision, high tensile strength, proper hardness and surface finish as per requirement. The valves are manufactured and heat treated for tip hardness, turf riding or hard chrome plating as required for the application for high wear resistance quality.
MATERIAL - EN - 15, EN - 24, EN - 54, EN - 9 as required by specifications.

PRODUCT : VALVE GUIDES
Valve Guide provides the friction free slide ways for engine valves for their reciprocating function.
MATERIAL - Valve guides are made of grey cast iron of grade FG-250. The bore is finished to very close tolerances and outside diameter is also ground to close limit for better fitting in Cylinder head even at an elevated temperate.

RANGE - We have all type of valve guide for various applications such as two wheeler / three wheeler / car/trucks / LCV's / industrial marine and agricultural diesel engines.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY - We have induction furnace for casting and most modern laboratory to access the quality of casting for composition / tensile strength, etc Most modern machine shop to manufacture the valve guide to the required tolerance and finish.
