Polyster-Cotton Blended Jacket:
The cover is impregnated with a specially formulated polychloroprene synthetic rubber to ensure superior flexibility, better traction and high resistance to wear, oil, heat and static charge.

Specially Treated HMLS Reinforcing Cords:
These high modules and low stretch polyester cords ensure higher power transmitting capacity and enable the belts to carry higher loads with minimum stretch.

The Unique Floater Ply
This specially formulated synthetic rubber ply gives required adhesion to the cords, dissipates heat, resist frictions between cords and maintain cushioning effect.

A Resilient Compression Zone
A Special Tough 'n' Flex Base Compound is developed for compression Zone, to give high wedging effect, high resistance to crack, high flex life and better heat dissipation because of high resilience. This also makes the belt fatigue and heat resistant.

One Shot Tensioning
Mayco V-belts are built right form the start to ensure negligible elongation during operation and little shrinkage in stores. With our belts,on a properly designed drives, only one shot tensioning is sufficient.
