UNSENSITIZED SCREEN EMULSIONS

Standard unsensitized screen emulsions assures consistently successful & economically prepared screens. They

are available in wide range of versatile products to meet specic production requirement. These emulsions can be

sensitized with 3g of Ammonium Dichromate or 19 of Diazo Sensitizer with 100g of unsensitized emulsions.

SILKOTE-63 I

A versatile, highly economical, unsensitized screen emulsion available in Orange, Green, Blue, Red colours. sensitized

with Ammonium Dichromate I Diazo. This can be used for Direct coating (or) to transfer and to sensitize the Direct I

Indirect stencil lms (Fotoline). Using this sensitized emulsion, we can print oil colour and solvent based inks. To use

water based inks. stencil should be hardened with Texhard-93 both the sides.

REDSTAR :

A heavier viscosity unsensitized emulsion than Silkote63 recommended for screens requiring ne detail reproduction

and long wear resistance. To use. 3g of Ammonium Dichromate to be mixed with 100g of Redstar. It n be used for oil

based and solvent based inks. To printwith water based inks stencil should be hardened with Texhard-93 both the sides.

POLYBLUE:

Blue coloured Poly Blue has been formulated with good solid content which is fully resistant to lacquer. vinyl and

solvent based inks with high resolution. It can also be hardened with Texhard-93 for using water colours. To sensitize

this emulsion, mix 3g of Ammonium Dichromate with 1009 of Poly Blue.

CHROMOLINE:

Violet coloured Chromoline has been formulated for screens requiring ne detail reproduction and they offer high solid

contents for less shrinkage during drying and is resistant to oil based & solvent based inks. It can also be hardened

with Texhard-93 for using water based inks. To sensitize this emulsion. mix 3g of Ammonium Dichromate with 100g

of Chromoline.

FOTOFAST:

A specially designed blue coloured emulsion shows superior water resistance and therefore it is useful for textile

printing. It can be sensitized with Diazo Sensitizer (or) conventional dichromate sensitizer and require lesser exposure

time for better stencils. Fotofast provide excellent resolution for transferring minor details of your art work. This

emulsion is suitable for all printing applications in the electronic industry.

HEERAKOTE:

Green coloured Heerakote has been formulated with good solid content which is fully resistant to lacquer, vinyl and

solvent based inks with high resolution. it can also be hardened with Texhard-93 for using water colours. To sensitize

this emulsion, mix 39 of Ammonium Dichromate with 1009 of Heerakote.
