Under-pick Powerloom

Following are the features of Under-Pick Powerloom:
Reed space: 30" to 200"
Reed type: Fast / loose
Type hand side: Right/ left

Frame :
The complete frame of loom is fitted with the dowel pin at different joints of binders, crank bushes and tappet bushes in order to facilitate foolproof align-meant while erection of the loom.

Crank shaft :
50mm machine forged and grinded edges provided with cast-iron / gunmetal bushes / self-lubricating bushes (optional). Extra middle support provided for rigidity over 60A reed space loom

Crank arm :
Made from cast iron / gunmetal bushes / self-lubricating bushes and fitted with gunmetal / self lubricated bushes (optional) and reinforced by steel strapping

Tappet shaft :
Superior quality tested I.S. standard bright bar moving on cast iron / gunmetal bushes / self-lubricating bushes and fitted with gunmetal / self lubricated bushes (optional) fitted brakes.

Gears :
Hob-cut helical gears to give smooth and noiseless working & uniform quality of fabrics. Double drive for loom above 84A reed space

Picking :
Under-picking system having chilled picking nose and picking bowl perfectly matched and made up of special quality metal to give longer life.
