Key Features
The GCC 201 Series are unbalanced type seals. The rotary unit utilises a standard seal face with a single spring and secondary seal ring. This single spring is stronger and sturdier then multi-spring construction.
Secondary Seal Rings are available in various forms such as 'O" Rings, 'V Rings, Square Rings. Wedge and in various elastomers such as viton. neoprene. silicon, Bunna-N. EPX ptfe, GFT, Grafoil. etc. The mating faces can be of high grade carbon, stellite, tungsten carbide, ceramic, etc. depending on the service conditions.
Applications:
The mediums are ail types of water, waste water, for submersible and chemical pumps and equipment. To suit mediums such as oil. water and weak corrosive liquid.
Operating Limits:
* Temperature: From cryogenics to 200A C
* Pressure : Below atmospheric to 150 p.s.i.
