Swisschard - Vegetables

With our rich industry experience we are immersed in manufacturing and supplying with a broad array of Swisschard for our renowned clients in Mumbai Maharashtra India. Swiss Chard has a beautiful rainbow of colored stems. The leaf part of Swiss Chard is an excellent substitute for Spinach leaves and the stem portion of Swiss Chard is an excellent substitute for Asparagus since both leaves and stalks are eaten. Young tender leaves can be eaten whole in a salad or sandwich. The stalks can be chopped in 2-3" segments and boiled/saut'ed till tender. The leaves can be shredded and steamed in small amount of water that clings to them after washing. Then the leaves can be saut'ed or mixed with an oil and herb/spice mixture.
