These Steam Curing Cart is the special transport vehicles in the production process of aerated concrete products. The steam curing car in Fuwei Heavy Machinery Plant adapt to the high temperature and pressure steam curing environment within the autoclave. It does not get stuck or deformation, is an excellent product that is widely used in the process product line of the aerated concrete products.
The machine mainly consists of the following components:
The frame: The steel is good, a chassis guide device is set on the upper to make it convenient when placing the back-plane.
Wheel assembly: It consists of the wheel, axle and bearing. The wheel is processed through quench, the product is durable with a special design of the internal structure, thus can ensure that the bearing rolling sensitive and reliable operation even through high temperature and pressure steam curing.
