We are presenting a high quality of Static Screen (V-Sep). And The Static Screen (V-Sep) consists of basic outer casing, which can be manufactured, in fiberglass-reinforced plastic, M.S. or S.S. The screen will be in S.S. The screen is of non-clogging Welded Wedge Wire construction and can be provided with different width and slot openings based on the requirement. Slot opening as low as 50 microns can be provided. Depending on the solid characteristics there are two versions of the V-SEP Static screen: -
1) Gravity Flow (for free flowing, coarse solid particles)
2) High pressure tangential flow type (for fibrous and sticky particles)
