SUMISCOUR R 100 is a specialty product based on purely organic and Ethylene oxide compound for stain removing and semi-bleaching in one single operation, thereby reducing the cost as well as time to a greater extent.

SUMISCOUR R 100 has an outstanding dissolving power on oil and fatty impurities of carbon, lubricants, waxes and other paraffin products. Impurities caused by the above are effectively dissolved by SUMISCOUR R 100 for Textile fabrics.

SUMISCOUR R 100 is suitable for all varieties of synthetic and cellulosic fabrics their blends or mechanically modified varieties, in fibre or filament qualities. Thus, it is suitable to polyester and polyamide fabrics texturised or crimped qualities such as Cotton, Viscoses, Polynosic etc and their blends. SUMISCOUR R 100 protects the fabrics, especially blends of weak fibres from damages, as it does not require severe rubbing, strong chemicals, acids etc. Further processing of treated fabrics can be delayed if required, for the subsequent scouring and bleaching and will not give rise to undesired ring marks and hence faultless dyeing result is assured.

USAGE: About 3 Kilos SUMISCOUR R 100 of are added to the jigger containing 100 kilos of fabrics and the fabric is run through it for 3 ends with slow raise in temperature. Afterwardes to 1 kilo of Oxalic Acid dissolved in hot water is slowly added to bath and the process continued for 4 runs, until the firbre looks very clean and free from stains.
