The oven works as the essential unit in thermal bonding nonwoven production. It utilizes the heating airflow or chemical glue to bond and reinforce the fiber web to be shaped.

Application: This especially designed oven is applicable for making spray bonding wadding, wadding or other alike products.

Features:

1. Optional heating methods: burner, boiler, electrical heating.

2. Alternative operation: Spraying glue on both the upside and reverse side of products, or alternatively suspend the spray applicators depending on certain products.

3. Three floors of drying areas consists of four layers of air ducts worked with upside blowers and downside blowers which produce the penetrative and circulatory air flow, achieving high efficiency and prefect heating effect.

4. Multiple thermal insulation design achieves efficient temperature control and less heat wastage.
