collect bill from the billing address of the any customer, can also generate pay slip at spot.

System Flow
Administrator Task:

a Create / Modify Logins for
a System user
a Collectors
a Create the Report for user Collector Activity. (Daily / Monthly)
a Create Summary Report for Bill Collection (Daily / Monthly)

Mobile User Task:

1. Log In to Mobile and register on system.
2. Get Outstanding Payment on Mobile for the selected account number from Billing
System Server database. (Using APIs)
3. Accept the Bill amount from Customer
4. Update Billing System Database status after collecting bill from mobile application.
(Using APIs)
5. Get Latest Billing Info on Mobile for the selected account number.
6. Print pay slips on Blank paper roll
7. Repeat Step 2 a 6 for different Customers
8. Log out when done
9. Off line payment collection
10. Reconnection

Hardware Interfaces

There is the hardware upon which mobile application need to reside that mobile
should be GPRS enabled and Bluetooth supported. As well as mobile should be JAVA
enabled. There is no distinct interface for Samyak server needs to reside it can be run in
Windows or Linux OS. Simple Thermal (Receipt) Printer with Printer Drivers for the printing.
