Spiracages

We are instrumental in providing excellent quality Spiracages which are used in the bag filters / dust collectors / bin vent filters, whic are distinctly superior to the one commonly used by many industries. In the arena of dust extraction, traditionally cages for bag filters were fabricated with steel stiffeners and rings. The rings allow the bags to be correctly positioned, to receive the stream of air purged for the purpose of providing a jerking movement to the bag, which causes the dust particles to get deposited in the bag house. Frequent impact on the cages, due to the purging of air, sometimes causes failure of welding of the rings. Rings being fabricated out of rods, any failure of welding invariably would lead to the same opening up, thus causing another damage on the costly bags. A damaged bag drastically brings down the efficiency of the whole system, some times defeating the very purpose for which it is installed. Hence it is very much essential that the design & construction of a system should have in-built features, safeguarding the system from total failure, in the event of poor performance of a component used in the system. It was in this context, " aircon "came out with a unique product - spiracages - which is an advanced version of cages used in the bag filters. Spiracages being fabricated out of stiffeners & a single spiral ring to the entire length of cage neither loses its shape nor causes any damage.
