Spin Flash Dryer - Stainless Steel, Variable Speed Feeding System | Indirect Fired Air Heating, Cyclone Separation, Efficient Fines Recovery

The product which is to be dried in Spin flash dryer is fed into the feed bin. A screw conveyor which is located at the bottom of the feed bin, conveys the feed product to the system. Feeding material is fed at rated capacity controlled by a variable speed drive. Feed material comes into disintegrator which uniforms and breaks the lumps and reduces the size. Simultaneously required process air is filtered through air filter before entering into the Drying system for heating. Filtered process air is supplied by a forced draft Fan (Delivery Blower) and is passed through an indirect fired air heating system where filtered process air is heated up to desired temperature. As and when the material comes in contact with the hot air, the evaporation takes place. The moisture removed from the product is carried away by the exhaust air. Dried material is pneumatically conveyed to the powder collecting system i.e. cyclone separator and bag filter through an induced draft fan (Exhaust Blower). The exhaust gases are then passed through bag filter for fines recovery. The fines is separated and collected at the bottom of the bag filter. The spent exhaust air then exhausted to the atmosphere. The entire operation of the drying system is controlled trough a control and instrument panel.
