We have developed unique technology to build stunning long-span structures for Architectural, Institutional and Industrial buildings using Space frames Systems. We have achieved 150 feet Clear Span using Space frames. So far we have completed more than 40 Institutional Projects (Schools and Colleges) and 60 Commercial Projects ( Office, Hospitals, Apartments ) across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra and Karnataka. Project costs of Full Area Space frames although architecturally appealing, were high. To counteract the high cost in construction, the Double Grid ( Split ) system was introduced by us and it proved to be a runaway success. Using this type of construction the cost of the Project equaled any Conventional Truss. As you observe our Space Frames Project are Economical and Architecturally appealing too.
We have classified Space Frames into Ball Joints Systems and Plate Joint Systems. Ball Joints are used to cover Auditoriums, Entrance Porches, Stadiums. Plate Joints are also used for the above and are more cost effective than Ball Joint System. In this system a larger area can be covered at a lower cost.
